If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered from J3LL, send them back within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, ie. in the original packaging, unworn and complete with any original labels and we will refund your money.
Refunds can only be issued for items purchased directly from J3LL. All other refunds would be issued by the reseller.
As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 14 days for the process of your refund. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.
When an order is sent back, please help us by including the order number it relates to and your contact information or receipt of the purchase. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.
Faulty Product Returns
All watches are supplied with a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence.
J3LL Watches ARE NOT waterproof or water-resistant. Damage resulting from exposure to water is not covered under our 30 day warranty.
Returns will only be processed if accompanied with proof of purchase.
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
